English born Glenn Shorrock is a legendary Australian singer-songwriter, celebrated as the original lead vocalist of Little River Band. Shorrock then co-founded Axiom, a group known for classic hits like “A Little Ray of Sunshine,” pioneering a sophisticated rock sound. His global recognition came in the 1970s and 80s as Little River Band became the first Australian band to break into the U.S. charts consistently, with Shorrock’s voice gracing hits such as “Reminiscing,” “Help Is on Its Way,” and “Cool Change.” The band’s albums achieved multi-platinum status, and their music remains iconic in the classic rock genre.
Shorrock also found success as a solo artist, releasing albums like Villain of the Peace and participating in musical theater.
